Refund Policy

1. Subscription Service

My Fleet Simple operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to one of our paid plans, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fees as specified at the time of purchase. Payments are billed on a pre-paid, monthly basis and are non-refundable.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. The only exception may be in cases where the application or product does not function as advertised, determined at our sole discretion. In order to treat everyone equally, no other exceptions will be made.

3. Cancellation

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time by downgrading to the "Free" plan within the application's "Subscription" settings. If you downgrade to the Free plan, your paid subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

After the billing cycle ends, your account will be subject to the limitations of the Free plan, which may include the archiving of users and vehicles to meet the plan's limits.

4. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with at least 30 days' notice, and the new rates will apply to your next billing cycle.
